Service providers and data locations

Cloudflare

Application hosting, records and receipt storage. Australia-only handling is not guaranteed; global infrastructure and support may process information overseas, including the United States. Provider subprocessor and location list.

AWS

Private document scanning, monitoring and daily backups are configured in Sydney, Australia. Provider support and service administration may involve overseas handling. AWS subprocessors.

HighLevel

Practice applications, contact records and enabled SMS/email delivery, including message content and upload links. Overseas processing includes the United States. Data processing agreement and privacy policy.

Anthropic

Optional document AI receives complete receipt images or PDFs and relevant transaction/account context. Processing includes the United States. Standard API retention is up to 30 days, subject to service, safety and legal exceptions; no zero-retention arrangement is claimed. Commercial API data is not used for training by default. Xero

Authorised accounting information and approved receipt attachments are exchanged with the connected Xero organisation. Xero’s own international processing and retention arrangements apply. Xero privacy notice.

Optional sign-in and payments

Google handles Google sign-in where used; Google privacy policy. Stripe supports payments where enabled; charging is disabled in the initial beta. Stripe privacy policy.

Apple

Apple Push Notification service delivers LedgerBuddy for iPhone notifications to practice staff who turn them on. Notifications carry the client organisation name and counts only. Processing includes the United States. Apple privacy policy.

Google Analytics

Google LLC provides Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics on the public website (ledgerbuddy.com.au) only, not in the app, on client upload pages or in LedgerBuddy for iPhone. It receives page visits, device and browser details, approximate location derived from the IP address and website events; form contents are not sent. Processing includes the United States.
